Shipping Policy

DISCREET PACKAGING
You can shop with confidence, knowing that we take your privacy seriously and that the packaging will reveal nothing about the contents. All orders are dispatched in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes, free of markings except for the shipping label.
Shipping labels contain your shipping address required for delivery and a return address with "ATD" as the shipper.
DISCREET BILLING DESCRIPTOR/CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
The transaction will show on your statement as "ATD"
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. As soon as your package is ready for shipment we will email you your shipping info and tracking number. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the shipping carrier. In rare cases transit delays may occur. In such cases, we will make a claim on your behalf to request a refund for the delayed delivery and we’ll return the money to you when the claim is processed by the carrier.
However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments by the carriers.
Time in Transit is estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed.
Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days.
Shipments are processed Monday - Friday.
All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once the tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
SHIPPING RATES
Flat rate shipping on most regular sized orders in the USA 8.95 Shipping prices may vary on larger packages . We ship all orders via USPS Standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ATDungeon, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
ATDungeon does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock or on back order, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, and the items not in stock will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive the item back in stock. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
